About the Father Christmas Visit
Your family will be welcomed into Father Christmas’s cosy grotto — softly lit with twinkling lights, pine garlands, and the scent of cinnamon in the air. Children will have a few unhurried minutes to chat with Father Christmas, share their Christmas wishes, and pose for a keepsake Polaroid photo.
Each child receives a small festive gift, and families can choose to upgrade their visit with a special “Magic Key & Reindeer Food” gift bag for an extra sprinkle of enchantment.
The experience lasts around 10 minutes and is designed for up to four children per group, keeping the atmosphere calm, personal, and full of wonder.
✨ A magical moment to remember, at the heart of the Christmas Fair at New Windmill Hall.
